Logging into Web-CAT

Logging into Web-CAT is a simple process. All you need is your PID and password and to go to this website: http://web-cat.cs.vt.edu/login.html.

1. In User ID: enter your PID.

2. In Password: enter your password.

   • Your password is the same as your PID's password.

3. In Institution: make sure the dropdown menu says Virginia Tech.

4. Hit Enter or click the Login button.

   • If you were unable to enter Web-CAT, try logging in again by repeating steps 1-4.

   • If you are still unsuccessful and you know you are typing in the correct PID and password, contact your instructor to make sure you've been added to the course.
